                        Professional Property Management

We are a licensed, bonded, and insured professional property management firm with a team to handle every aspect of managing your property.  Properties are profitable, protected, and problem free.  Below is a list of services we provide to our property management clients: 

Marketing & Leasing 
Assistance in establishing rental rate structure.
Marketing includes: lease ads placed in newspapers and on internet, signage at property, Realtor Multi-Listing Service, and rental placement agencies are notified.  Vacant rental units are shown by experienced staff at the prospects convenience.  Prospective residents are screened through national credit reporting services.  Resident receives legally binding lease.

Maintenance & Repairs
Routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance programs (24 hour service for emergency repairs).
We have relationships with contractors in various trades at competitive pricing
 
Accounting, Financial, & Management Reports 
Reports are your link to the property and how it is faring.  We provide timely and accurate reporting which is critical to effective management of the property.  Every month you will receive a detailed management report package that includes: financials, operations and maintenance report, move in/move out, marketing and advertising report, leasing status report, rent roll, delinquency status report, general ledger, bank account reconciliation, and more. 

Resident Relations 
Rent collections, evictions, security deposit procedures, and rental regulations.
Resident customer service to answer general questions or concerns.
